At Americana Submarine in Chicago, the cashier wouldn’t give us our 2/9 of our bags because they didn’t have tags for them. I could prove I purchased 9 bags and we were able to describe exactly what the last 2 bags looked like. We were on a tight turnaround to make it to the airport, but he still gave us a hard time and picking up took 15 extra minutes. The service at IDOF in Chicago is was great and efficient.

They were kind and awesome!! I’m glad I used this service. It was my first time and seemed odd to be leaving a luggage at a convenient store but worked out great!
