We left our luggage at the facility "sofia center" it was quick and easy.

my locker was at a hotel. When I came they didn’t ask me for a qr code and said to leave luggage in the ordinary room

This room wasn’t locked or something, and it was just a living room with sofa without any door at all, near to entrance to the hotel, so everyone could easily take the luggage and go away. Thanks God it didn’t happen but I was worried about safety

Non sono riuscita a lasciare il bagaglio

I couldn't find the place because it had changed its name, a guy met me but I didn't trust it, just a guesthouse and he told me to leave the backpack at the reception, I thought there was a locker. So I left because I did not trust having paid anyway.

Non sono riuscita a trovare il posto perché aveva cambiato nome, mi è venuto incontro un ragazzo ma non mi fidavo, mera una guesthouse e mi ha detto di lasciare lo zaino alla reception, pensavo ci fosse un armadietto. Quindime ne sono andata perché non mi fidavo avendo cmq pagato.
