It was very easy to find the location which is so close to the city center and all the sightseeing spots, the staff was very helpful. I can only recommend this storage facility!

A girl met me in the entrance and helped with the suitcase. Very kind and helpful.

I had a very heavy suitcase that I wanted to store. I made the booking and once I turned up in person, I was being told the storage room is in the basement, so they wanted me to carry this suitcase down and then up the stairs. Thankfully the lady made an exception and agreed to put it aside on the ground floor. But had I known there were stairs and no lift, I would never book this place. I think this information is vital and should be included in the description. Not many people are fit enough to carry >25kg suitcase a floor up and down. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

I used Radical Storage for the second time and am super happy with the service. It really makes travelling easier - especially for those days when you need to check out in the morning and your train/plane/bus/boat leaves later in the afternoon/evening. In both of my cases, the Angels were cool places that I wouldn't have found without Radical Storage. People at the Angel's were friendly and my luggage was stored without any issues.
